Succesful FAT of our MCD Unit

Recently, 360°KAS performed a succesful Factory Acceptance Test of our MCD Unit at one of the biggest refineries in the US.

This Multi Cyclic Deactivation Unit is purely used to make Equilibrium Catalyst (E-cat) and has 4 reactors with their own PLC. For that reason, the operator is able to program 4 different Deactivation recipes e.g. according to ASTM. Each reactor has a capacity of 200 grams of catalyst.
