Analyser house for major PVC plant in Holland

It was a proud moment when a well-engineered and constructed analyser house was loaded onto a truck after a successful FAT. Recently, 360°KAS supplied this analyser house to a major PVC production plant in the Botlek in the Netherlands. Under our supervision, the custom made analyser house was placed at its final destination.

The two-compartment analyser house (7 x 4 meters) with a “dry” and “wet” room integrates several sampling conditioning systems for chlorine, oxygen, ethylene, H2O, and conductivity analysers, as well as gas chromatographs for ambient monitoring. Besides the sampling conditioning systems, this analyser house is equipped with utilities, electrical systems, safeguarding, heating and ventilation, gas bottle facilities, and vent and gas recovery systems.
