The creation of a system integrator
1974 – 1990
Analyser Systems was founded in 1974 under Westinghouse E&I BV, the Dutch branch of Westinghouse Electric Corporation. Westinghouse is an American electrical system manufacturer who acquired Controle et Applications Sterwech (CAS) in 1972. Earlier, in 1914, Mr. D. Sterel and Mr. D.J.H. Wechgelaar (Sterwech) started in this French-Dutch electrical installation company.
In the early ’80s, Analyser Systems moves from Zaandam to St. Maartensdijk. At this point it evolves from an assembly partner to a dedicated system integrator for process analysis systems. Further more, the addition of pilot plants to the portfolio, broadens the scope of supply.

Business broadening under Imtech
1990 – 2015
In this period, Internatio-Müller takes over the Dutch part of Westinghouse. They rename the company to Van Rietschoten & Houwens, region North West. In the following years, new premises were built in Tholen to accommodate the growing system assembly.
The Management Board of Internatio-Müller decides in 1993 to create more synergy in its business activities. As a result, they bring the 35 technical companies together in Imtech.
Later on, the integration of Polar Systems in Imtech Systems in 2001, adds metering activities to the portfolio. Polar Systems was divested to Krohne Oil & Gas in 2005.
Together with the regional offices of Imtech Industrial Services and Imtech Building Services; Imtech Analyser Systems (then part of Imtech Industry International) moves to Goes in 2009.

Steady growth with renewed energy
2015 – present
Following the bankruptcy of Royal Imtech NV in August 2015, subsidiary Industry International BV was acquired by Techim BV. Techim was an empty entity set up by a group of private Dutch investors. Accordingly, the former Imtech Netherlands business unit changes its name to Industry International BV at the 9th of October 2015.
Succeeding a new ownership strategy, system integrator 360°KAS establishes in January 2017. A new company that origins from a merger between Kiekens Technology (which had been divested to LACO Beheer in January 2018) and Analyser Systems.
360°KAS gives focus to markets, clients and products. Eventually, after being housed for 10 years in Goes, 360°KAS office, assembly and testing facilities move to Moerdijk in September 2019.
