Introduction
Sample probes extract a representative portion from a gas or liquid pipeline flow for spot and/or continuous composite sampling. A well-designed probe shall have no dead volume space. Also, it should reduce the required sample volume to limit sample time and ensure a faster response time. Sample probes should be inserted into a process pipeline to 1/3 to 1/2 of the pipeline diameter. This is to ensure a representative sample free of unwanted contaminants that may have collected on the interior pipe wall.

- ASTM D 4057
- ASTM D1265-05
- NACE MR0175 or MR0103 (for H2S applications)
- ASME B16.5 (for flanged versions)
All our probes can be supplied with:
- EEMUA 138 ed.2 or ASME PTC 19.3 -TW 2016 shedding check
- PED 2014/68/EU compliance
- Material Certification 3.1 to EN10204
