Succesful FAT on H2S Analyser System

360KAS has successfully conducted a Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) for an analyzer shelter, which includes two TDL analyzers (E+H) for H₂S analysis in natural gas. Furthermore, the FAT included an X-ray analyzer (XOS) for sulfur analysis in liquid condensate. The FAT was attended by our customer, Vermilion Energy.

The shelter is equipped with sample conditioning systems, calibration facilities, utility systems, electrical equipment, and safeguarding measures, all designed for ATEX Zone 1 compliance. The system will be commissioned at a small gas field in the north of the Netherlands and will be used to monitor ppm levels of H₂S after the natural gas sweetening process in the desulfurization unit.
