SUCCESFUL FAT FCC CATALYST CRACKING EVALUATION UNIT

360KAS has successfully completed the Factory Acceptance Test of our lab-scale FCC Catalyst Cracking Evaluation unit, in accordance with ASTM D7964. This unit will be used at the largest refinery in Taiwan, for which 360KAS has already supplied a similar single-batch unit.

This FCC catalyst cracking evaluation unit is also known under our brand name Short Contact Time Riser Test (SCTRT) unit. It features an automatic catalyst loading/unloading system with six hoppers, a quartz glass reactor, and six condensers, enabling six runs to be completed in a single shift. This FCC catalyst evaluation unit can be operated under isothermal as well as semi-adiabatic conditions to closely mimic a commercial FCC unit.

The unit is also designed with future sustainability in mind. A dual feed line can be added to allow for the injection of biofuels.
